To create a ticket, please send a detailed email to support at bitsindri.org; Our automated system should pick it within 15 minutes and create a ticket for your issue. Any follow-up on the ticket will be notified to you through email. You can also visit our support site.

Please do not create tickets for user id look-up or forgot password; this can be done easily through our self-service options.

Support request that we usually address promptly :-)

* Primary email is invalid, can't use self-service options.
* Request for change in User ID (to have something more suitable).
* Scholarship application.
* New content for the website or correction in existing contents.
* Any other topics related to alumni association and donations.
* To discuss sponsorship opportunities.

Support request that may get ignored :-(

* Mailing list for solicitation.
* Disclosing profile information that is marked private by member.
* Academics related - please contact institute.

You are also requested to create spam-filters to make sure that our emails does not deliver into your SPAM folder.
